Steps for Account Deletion:

• contact us directly at support@superstory.me with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.
• Provide your registered email for verification.
• Await a confirmation email from us. Your account deletion request will be processed within 1 week, and you’ll receive an email once completed.

Upon a confirmed deletion request, we will remove your personal identification data including your email, saved stories, and preferences from our database. However, aggregated or anonymized data, used solely for analytical purposes, might be retained. No personal identifiers will be associated with this retained data. Some data might be kept for a specific retention period due to legal or regulatory reasons. Rest assured, once the retention period ends, your data will be permanently deleted.
